the human beside you

“Your complexity is not a flaw; it is your depth.”

I work with individuals and couples experiencing disconnection, anxiety, relational strain, life transitions, or a sense of being far from themselves. Together, we explore what’s underneath the present challenges and support you in reconnecting to your values, your voice, and your sense of steadiness.

I practice from a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, guided by curiosity, presence, and evidence-based care. I work at your pace, with respect for the layers you hold and the wisdom you’ve already built. It is a privilege to do this work—one conversation at a time, in relationship, and in trust.
