TESSA A REynolds LPC
You don’t need to have it all together here. My work centers on helping people understand the parts of themselves they’ve carried for a long time—whether that’s overwhelm, self-doubt, pressure to perform, or simply feeling “stuck.”
I often connect with individuals who are seen as the steady ones—reliable and capable—but I also work with people navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, emotional disconnection, or a sense that they’ve been running on empty.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns and protective strategies that once supported you but now feel heavy or limiting. Sessions are collaborative and honest, offering both reflection and practical support. This work isn’t about perfection—it’s about self-understanding, honoring your capacity, and making space for the parts of you that have long gone quiet.
